My name is Patrick Grissom, and I have been a Licensed
Chemical Dependency Counselor since 2000. I am a Certified Professional Master Life Coach.

I have been working in Treatment since 1994 and have 37 plus of Recovery from Amphetamines and Alcohol and have an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Chemical Addiction Counseling. I have dedicated the last 20 plus of my life to helping others who have fallen under the influence of every kind of substance use disorder in a variety of treatment/ counseling modalities to help others move to recovery.​

My experience has been as diverse as my clients / Patients.

I have worked in Prisons, Therapeutic Communities, Inpatient
treatment programs, Intensive outpatient programs, Outpatient treatment, Co-Occurring treatment programs, a private practice group, Behavioral Health Hospital, Recovery Court, an HIV / STD program, and Medication Assisted Treatment. I have been a Certified DWI 1 and 2 educator / Administrator and an Offender educator. I am well-rounded in
Substance modalities.

I have trained under the great Relapse prevention developer
Terrance Gorskie. I am a member of NAADAC, United States Association of Opioid Treatment Providers (USAOTP), Texas Association of Addiction Providers (TAAP). I have the counselor of the year award the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Outstanding CADAC student at Grayson College. I have done presentations TAAP, Recovery court, USATOP, and several treatment programs.
